He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not

Intimate relationships increase during adolescents and can have positive and negative impacts on young women. This program aims to help young women identify feelings and challenges involved in relationships with an emphasis on empowering young women to explore their values and choices.

What students will walk away with:

• Identification of feelings and issues involved in relationships
• What are values and how they play a part in relationships
• Empowerment to seek healthy relationships and make good choices
• Understanding of healthy and unhealthy ways of coping with emotions
