Focus

Focusing on one thing at a time can be difficult, let alone two, three or four things. Procrastination and distraction can be a big barrier for teenagers in hindering their ability to focus. While employing mindfulness skills, this program aims to teach students tips on how to stay focused during the tough times.

 

What students will walk away with:

  • Greater understanding of why focusing can be difficult
  • Experienced an experiential exercise on getting into the presenting moment
  • Learn about goal setting and the connection goals have to staying focused
  • Learn strategies of how to stay focused
