Welcome
Well what can I say, it certainly has been a whirl wind couple
of months. In April I welcomed the birth of my daughter, Edi.
Weighing a little 2.75 kgs, she is now a little chubby girl with
lots of baby wrinkles and "shmultz". I never understood how
precious sleep is and how much those "sleep ins" are a godsend and

told me a little statistical fact that she read which was that
parents who have a child between the ages of 0-2 years lose out on
about 6 months worth of sleep.

Workshop
Last week I presented to the Year 7's of Beaconhills College on
Leadership and Success. Titled "Striving To Success
- The First Steps", the workshop inspired and empowered young
teens to be true to themselves - their strengths, beliefs, values
and what is important to them - when striving to success. I was
very honoured to be a part of their Wellbeing Day.
Please contact me if you would like to learn more about this
workshop and enquire about booking for your school year or
community group.

Final Words
I would like to leave you with this beautiful poem that I so
happened to stumble across when I was reading someone's
autobiography. I hope it brings a thought to your mind as it did
for me.
